So in 1949 an attempt was made to make our occupancy of our woodland appear permissive and 12 years later in 1961 that third of our land parcel was stealthfully registered with a different proprietor/ possessor. In 1950 our paper title were deeds stolen. 1955 when my nan had her leg amputated, the woodland and green south of my stolen demolished birthome, now Church View Close, was seized from my nan too. The order was also for other land to the east, not our land parcel. In 1959 another attempt to make our occupancy appear permissive was made, and almost 12 years later in 1970 the now, village green, was stealthfully registered with THE COUNCIL as proprietor/ possessor. In 1969 another attempt to make our occupancy appear pernissive was, conveyed to BP who in 1983, just after 12 years later, resulted in BP registering as propertor/ possesor of the final third of our land parcel. In 1974 when trying to exstiguish our ownership claim it was not exstiguished. The court case was ajourned. https://greathousefarmwiki.wordpress.com/three-part.../ George C. for Llandough #Llandough #leckwith #Wales #ValeofGlamorgan #cardiff Images (2), hosted in the Wayback archive: - https://wayback.bucklerfamily.estate/images/facebook/2026-10-19_1428268012744339_122252963294112242.jpg - https://wayback.bucklerfamily.estate/images/facebook/2026-10-19_1428268012744339_122252963336112242.jpg Comments preserved (0; names shortened to first name and initial; 0 held back under the no-allegations rule): Posted by you on Facebook and want it removed?
