1. Any existing file inventory, closure note, archive catalogue entry, transfer list, disposal authority, retention schedule, weeding/destruction record, archival receipt, email/minute/note recording the search or basis for the conclusion, or record showing whether the file remained held or was transferred on/after 6 December 1988.
2. The recorded date and responsible role/unit for any documented disposal or transfer decision.
3. If neither 1 or 2 exist, distinguish an actual contemporaneous disposal decision/log from the present-day inability to locate the file, identifying the repositories, indices and systems searched for this focused request.
