Thank you for the reply of 14 October 2026 under case CAS-359317-Q8Q4R9.

The reply provides Discovery catalogue search links for Glamorgan XLVII and Penarth field books. It does not answer the location request.

Please treat this as a follow-up under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the s.45 code. The original request was a location request only. I am still not asking for a copy, a screen-room appointment, or production until location and physical-check status are confirmed.

Please state, for the Valuation Office field book, plan and index covering Ordnance Survey sheet Glamorgan XLVII.6 for the parish of Llandough (Llandough-juxta-Penarth, Glamorgan):

1. The series, piece and item references (IR 58, IR 121, IR 124, IR 125, IR 126, IR 127, IR 128 or successor).
2. The accession, box, shelf or other store location used by staff.
3. The Discovery catalogue identifier.
4. Whether a member of staff has physically checked that the item is in that location: yes, no, or not answered. If yes, who, date, and which store.
5. Whether the item is open, closed or retained by another department, and if closed the series and FOI route.
6. The systems searched, and whether a physical file or plan was retrieved rather than a catalogue-only search.

A catalogue-only answer is incomplete unless the systems and physical-check status are stated. Please quote the statutory deadline for this follow-up.
