Subject: Resolution of Historical Dispossession and Fraud – Great House Farm, Llandough, Vale of Glamorgan
Message-ID: <CAAuJ3V47Uyuy3ASSyaAKeCBdTH5KqsaQgt=Z4scn87Syo==0DQ@mail.gmail.com>

Sirs/ Ma'ams,

I write on behalf of myself and my siblings, who are the heirs and
successors of Mary Williams of the Williams family, the rightful owners and
occupiers of Great House Farm, Llandough, since 1667 until our unlawful,
unconstitution and inhumane dispossession by armed force in 1988. For which
we remain dispossessed, defrauded and without justice or even narrative
justice, unto this day. The public also lost a site of historic and
archelogical significants and were lied to about what went on. The land
looted too, which is a loss to our nation and people.

I apologise if any of this is incoherent. I am the only member of my family
willing to speak out; the rest, who are nearly all women (sisters, mum,
aunties etc), are petrified of the repercussions, given what happened to
our family in the 1980s. Or dead from this. My father, nan, grandad and
possibly great grandad and maybe more, all potentially murdered.

All this is also chilling in that the playbook used here, could be
industrial scale and nationwide and have occured to other families too.
Our case might be the foundations for a class action for the public.

I write to summarise our position regarding the historical and ongoing
dispossession of Great House Farm, Llandough, following the landmark legal
case *BP v Buckler* [1987], which I allege involved:

- **Denial of the right to be heard by the Land Registry.** My grandmother,
Mary Williams (falsely named "Mrs Buckler" on the licence letter produced
by BP in 1974, in order to diminish the Williams ancestral superior land
claim), conveniently died while our family was in mourning during the
limited window granted by the Land Registry to challenge BP's registration
of our land and property in their name in 1982/83. Similarly, my
grandfather died before he was able to clarify—even to my grandmother—how
her fee simple absolute title deed ended up in BP's possession. Until her
dying breath, she maintained her ownership claim, despite repeated unlawful
attempts over decades to dislodge the firm position she held regarding her
and our undisputed ancestral and superior land claim. The official records
and narrative are wrong; there are court errors, suppressed evidence,
procedural unfairness, fraud, and the list goes on.

The *BP v Buckler* [1987] ruling applied the licence my deceased
grandmother held to my father and mother. They never had, nor entered into,
any such agreement with BP. The ruling also alleged that my grandmother
accepted BP's licence letters by non-response, which was untrue. It further
stated that any objection should have been directed to the BP Pension Trust
rather than the claimant, BP Properties, which were deemed separate
companies. Yet in my father's subsequent appeal against the *BP v Buckler*
ruling, his appeal was dismissed on the grounds that the BP companies were
effectively the same—so "heads BP wins, tails we lose." Our 800-year-old
home was then demolished and all money and possessions removed, despite a
court injunction ordering that nothing be removed. My father's ECHR
application was blocked; he was arrested without charge, hospitalised, and
then he conveniently died at the age of 41. Our remaining family,
consisting mostly of women and children, have to this day been too
terrified to speak about this case because of the decades of crimes
committed against our household by the British State. It was synonymous
with a battle or war. I say this as a military warfare professional and
Iraq War veteran: a certified and experienced military commander and
leader. I concluded my military career with honours as an Acting Sergeant.
My profession is cyber and electronic warfare.

According to recently declassified, previously suppressed ITV news coverage
from 1988, bailiffs occupied our stolen land and property, and even
dislocated my mother's shoulder for simply serving them a lawful court
injunction. I also question how ITV came to declassify and publish this
footage to YouTube a few months ago, after the months I have spent seeking
information. That did not go unnoticed. There is liability there, and I do
not accept ITV's belief that this quiet release of suppressed news coverage
makes the matter right—though the action is appreciated. How did it come to
be suppressed in the first place? And why is it cut abruptly, at what
appears to be SAS performing a siege on my family home and dislocating my
pregnant mother's shoulder?

Without my discovery of fraud this year—which has taken me two decades, a
career in military cyber and electronic warfare, and recent innovations in
AI to discover and unravel—we had no redress or recourse due to the statute
of limitations and the passage of time, notwithstanding that we were all
too traumatised, like hostages under terrorists, to speak out. We have
received no support to this day for what we were subjected to.

This whole affair, even to this day, represents scandalous treatment of me
and my family. We never surrendered our claim. The manorial titles of the
Manor of Llandough are rightfully ours. The fee simple absolute title has
been ours for over a century, a fact that is also suppressed and withheld
from the defrauded—and implicated—Land Registry.

I am also a war veteran who left my military career with honours and was
employed until 2024 under the Vale of Glamorgan Council / Welsh Government.
I completed my 22 years' service oath *bona fide*. I am an indigenous Welsh
Briton, and this is my ancestral birthland (established 1667). The
disrespect shown by the Vale MP and Llandough Councillor in simply ignoring
me and this matter is abhorrent.

ITV coverage (suppressed until recent months) also reports that neighbours
described the eviction as an "SAS-style operation" to remove us by force in
1988 (myself included). The men in the video do look like SAS. I have
submitted an FOI request to the MOD. Shareholders of mine are SAS, so I
shall find out one way or another, even if I receive an NCND reply. This
matter was also raised in Parliament, who classified and disposed of the
records.

Margaret Thatcher's administration at the time (the British Government) was
evidently assisting BP in clawing assets for the UK Government's sale and
exit at the time, which might explain how 30 police—and possibly SAS—were
used to rip us from our home and land. The human rights violations remain
unanswered.

The Land Registry ultimately had checks and balances lifted and total free
rein during Thatcher's reign, while BP's lawyers evidently committed
perjury in their declarations to the Land Registry, withholding information
from it and supplying it with false information.

All the while, Welsh television was simultaneously interviewing Gaddafi in
Libya in 1988, where he accused Thatcher and the British State of being the
real terrorists, not him. My oath ended in 2024; I am also a Welsh
national. I have no allegiance to the British State. If it acts like my
enemy, it is my enemy. I am absolutely a Welsh national and counter-officer
now that it is so evident the British State waged civil war upon us
indigenous Britons—me and my family included—on our ancestral birthland.

Other media coverage alleged by UK courts to exist from 1974 seems
non-existent or suppressed too. Much is behind paywalls. This whole case
needs to be in the public eye. I have put everyone I can think of on notice.

Fraud and procedural unfairness are ultimately rampant in the case of my
family's dispossession. Aside from all my family members dying at
convenient junctures instrumental in the windows to change the outcome, I
still have major concerns regarding how the MOJ took months to respond only
to fob me off last week; how the MP fobbed me off and will not provide a
proper response; how CADW and Llandough Parish allege this is nothing to do
with them, despite CADW failing to list the farmhouse as Grade II so it
could be demolished (as per a 1,700-signature petition, which was
practically the whole town at the time); the current councillor for
Llandough failing to reply properly; and the fact that the National
Archives report gaps, missing records, and suppressed records.
Notwithstanding that Marconi was staying with us while inventing radio, and
the town will not even put a plaque up to commemorate this, which is
further erasure of the history and known (but suppressed) archaeological
and historic significance of the site. In BP's planning application
records, they state that our 800-year-old former courthouse home was merely
an old, dilapidated building.

Notwithstanding the suppression of the 1870 Roman soldier remains we
discovered when changing our floor from stone to timber, also suppressed to
hide the site's archaeological significance so that housing development
could be unlawfully approved. BP did not even seek a ruling on ownership;
they only sought possession, most likely so that the discovery and
significance of the site's archaeology could be pretended not to be known
until the excavation of our land in 1994—which is further evidence of
blatant conspiracy and fraud.

These are the actions of a crime or terrorist network, seeking to install a
terrorist cell or camp. It is worse than simply the British colonising
Wales.

Notwithstanding the child graves secretly moved from the church next door
during the excavation, which seemed to take ten years to be properly
reported on, and even then their numbers in the report appear to be
underrepresented.

The scandal continues endlessly. There are court errors too. The fancy
Latin words diminish and falsely describe my grandmother's land claim and
superior ownership (it was "older than man can remember," not merely a
"claim to the land"). The language used by the court clearly demonstrates
bias prior to the ruling—language implying that my late grandmother, Mrs
Williams (*not* Mrs Buckler, as they falsely named her in document fraud),
was imagining her ancestral superior land claim, in order to discredit her
through carefully selected judicial wording.

My siblings and I remain the heirs and successors and landowners. Nothing
has lawfully broken or undone that claim. We demand that the fraud,
corruption, gaps in records, false records, and myriad crimes committed
against us be addressed and not ignored. There should be a Senedd public
inquiry into this. My family should not be dispossessed a second longer. We
are seriously looking at £100 million in reparations if the truth of this
matter becomes known, given the scale of the scandal and injustice.

In 1667 we acquired the land and property in a 999-year lease (virtual
freehold). In the early 1900s we obtained the superior paper title—free and
clear, outright equitable ownership—via the deal with Bute Estate quarryman
Daniel Thomas, which led to the tree-planting ceremony to affirm this in
history. *(See attached.)*

Frederick Buckler's transfer of Mrs Williams's equitable title to BP and
their predecessors, without her knowledge or consent, is not legitimate and
should never have stood, nor does it stand to reason. His inability to
clarify the details of the alleged transaction due to his convenient death
afterwards does not make it right, as Mary Williams maintained her position
after his death. It was never his title to sell, even if he did. My
grandmother was left unable to prove her standing, and the 1974 hearing was
adjourned. The dismissal of the second hearings in 1974 due to the licence
letter issued by BP (resorting to identity and document fraud) does not
negate the fact that there was never a ruling stating BP owned our land,
despite their purchasing my grandmother's stolen fee simple absolute title
deed. BP only ever sought possession. They could not obtain a ruling
because it would have meant discovery, unveiling the archaeological
significance that would have prevented land and housing development.

This was a coordinated campaign of fraud, stealth, and administrative
erasure spanning decades, employing force, secrecy, and fraudulent licence.
By hook and by crook we were dispossessed of our land. Thatcher—and
potentially the SAS—make it, at the least, an allodial/eminent domain
seizure, in which case we should still be due compensation.

I fail to see the proclaimed authority of the other men on my land,
alleging themselves to be a government and citizens rather than terrorists,
who both ostracised and held my family hostage, if legitimacy does not
exist. You need legitimacy to claim authority.

**Summary of the Fraudulent Dispossession:**

**The Title Theft:** Evidence supports that a "Title-for-Quarrying"
agreement existed with Daniel Thomas of the Bute Estate. We obtained this
fee simple absolute title lawfully, but it was later secretly and
fraudulently taken and sold back to Bute / Western Ground Rents / BP
without the knowledge or consent of the rightful owner, Mary Williams.
Parliament even stated on record how criminal Western Ground Rents were.

**Procedural Fraud (The 1974 Licence):** The 1987 Court of Appeal ruling
was predicated on a unilateral "licence letter" issued by the landlords'
solicitors. We reject this ruling. It should be set aside on grounds of
fraud.

**Identity Erasure:** Throughout all legal proceedings, Mary Williams was
intentionally misidentified as "Mrs Buckler." This was a calculated tactic
to strip her of her ancestral "Williams" lineage and the superior land
rights and claim associated with it.

**Exploitation of Mortality:**
- **Frederick Buckler:** Died before the circumstances of how Mary was
dispossessed of her title—and how the other parties regained possession
after the lawful Daniel Thomas (and/or Anthony Williams) dealings with Bute
Estate—could be clarified. This is inconsequential, much like Mary's own
death; neither changed her position on the matter, which she did voice,
despite what the 1987 ruling falsely alleges.
- **Mary Williams:** Died during the precise two-week window required to
rebut the Land Registry's registration of the land in BP's name—a window we
believe was exploited to finalise this theft. At minimum, this is the case;
it is more likely she was murdered. Her husband before her too. And my
father, William Buckler, given the convenient timing of all their
deaths—not to mention the unfair dismissal of my father's appeal, the
blocking of his ECHR request, the theft and demolition of his property and
our home prior to his death.

**Our Position:**
The Williams family (now the Buckler family) has never ceased our claim. We
maintain that the land was taken through criminal stealth and that the
current registered titles are poisoned by this original fraud. We seek full
reparations for the loss of ancestral wealth, the destruction of the Roman
archaeological site on the property, and the systematic denial of our right
to a fair trial.

Please provide a formal response and update regarding your position on this
matter within 14 days. Please also hold to account those taking steps back
into the shadows, as this only makes the matter more clandestine and
therefore makes me very jumpy as a military warfare professional. I already
fly in and out as if on another tour of the Middle East, and my family
remain hostages under terrorists.

I would also ask that Companies House, who have recently tried to
criminalise me, give me some space. They gave me three options to submit
ID: a questionnaire with passport and driving licence (which I provided);
Post Office verification; or Digital ID. I chose the first option. They
will not accept it. But I will not be lured to a location of their
choosing, nor will I put any of their tracking ID applications on my
devices. I do not trust the regime on that island. Until this and another
unnamed matter of similar scale is resolved, I consider the British
Government a terrorist organisation and do not recognise its authority. My
family there are hostages under said terrorists. And Church View Close,
Llandough—23 houses—is a terrorist cell/camp on my land.

Marconi was staying with us in Llandough when he invented radio. This too
was covered up. Cardiff City will not put a plaque naming Marconi as the
inventor on the statue of a radio at Cardiff Bay—not even a plaque to
commemorate it. Llandough should be a tourist attraction based on this fact
alone, rather than the occupying terrorist network's cell of 23 houses, as
I see it.

Regards,

**Sion Buckler Esq.** (Ret'd Sgt)
On behalf of and as one of the Heirs and Successors of Mary Williams, Great
House Farm, Llandough, Vale of Glamorgan
