Dear Ms Diggins,

Thank you for your reply and for clarifying Glamorgan Archives’ position
regarding access and charges for copies of material. I appreciate the work
you do in preserving the records entrusted to your care.

I would like to reiterate that my correspondence is not a routine request
for private research access. Rather, it is a formal expression of concern
regarding the potential historical misdescription or suppression of facts
relating to Great House Farm, Llandough, including heritage and
archaeological records. My concern is about the accuracy and completeness
of the archival record itself, rather than the provision of copies or
personal research access.

As I am currently residing in Argentina, I am unable to attend in person,
and my intention is not to request material for private use, but to
highlight potential issues with public record integrity. I would therefore
be grateful if you could advise which department, officer, or public body I
should contact to formally raise concerns regarding historical
misrepresentation within public records or archival descriptions, so that
these matters may be properly examined.

For the avoidance of doubt, I am not alleging any impropriety on the part
of current archive staff. My concern relates solely to historical processes
and record-keeping.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration, and I would be
grateful for any guidance you can provide.

Yours sincerely,

*Sion Buckler*
