I now hold a structured list of reasons and supporting evidence which I believe strongly suggest that the land transfer and subsequent development was procured by fraud and conspiracy involving government actors. The evidential threshold I now hold, if correct, would meet the reopening conditions described under s.23 of the Limitation Act 1980 – meaning that litigation, rectification and title recovery proceedings may be legitimately initiated. However, before progressing litigation, I wish to formally offer the UK Government the opportunity to resolve this matter via public law tools rather than adversarial reopening. Specifically: I would like to enquire whether an acquiring authority could lawfully consider using compulsory purchase powers to acquire the 23 properties that now sit on this former farmland, and transfer title / beneficial ownership back to my family, where this could be framed as a public interest rectification measure rather than a private benefit case. Could you please: * confirm which acquiring authority would be competent jurisdictionally for this scenario, * outline which statutory route would be the correct CPO framework to assess this under, and * confirm any preliminary information requirements you would need from me (title data, timeline, evidential index etc) if this was to be scoped and reviewed. I am willing to provide a full indexed evidence pack for confidential review. Kind regards, Sion Buckler [redacted] Sganiwyd y neges hon am bob feirws hysbys wrth iddi adael Llywodraeth Cymru.
