Dear Archives Team,

I am researching the Williams family’s connection to Great House Farm (Ty
Mawr), Llandough. Please provide access to or copies from Bute Estate
Records / Western Ground Rents Ltd holdings (1860s-1990s+) concerning the
property, leases, quarry transactions with Daniel Thomas, transfers to BP
or others, and any Williams/Buckler occupancy or disputes up to 1988.

My grandmother Mary Williams’ maintained her claim of ownership until her
death in 1983. I am trying to understand how our families claim was
lawfully estinguished if at all.
