I'm at the Welsh Settlement in Patagonia to reconstruct a replica of our former 10 bed court house/manor house. If I haven't said already. I will try to respond to this, but forgive me in advance as my times limited am I'm sure yours is. And this is deeply traumatic. I am still the only one in my family half able and willing to speak up and out about this. My grandmother was only Mrs Buckler for a short time, from her marriage in 1935 until she changed her name back to Mrs Williams, as I understand — if she was ever Mrs Buckler at all. Since her Williams name and "Williams Title" (as the courts cite) were important to her ancestral and hereditary land claim. Whereas the dead legal name Mrs Buckler, with no such rights as the indigenous living woman on her ancestral birthland, did have rights. And the courts' and BP's and land registries' use of Mrs Buckler as her name, long after it ceased to exist, I believe is at least a mistake. Considering it falls within the context of a campaign to dispossess this disabled widow's pension and us of our family home and land since 1667, I would say that mistake and distinction ought to be corrected on the public record. I would like to know the procedure where it concerns your department. Or if a note can be made of this on the files where the mistake exists. If it exists. I will be happy to provide her death certificate as Mrs Williams and so forth, if helpful. The other matter is the fact of the 1975 and 1983 conveyance of two titles and merging of two titles. Both were treated as the surrounding farmland and leased and defaulted on the lease of the surrounding farmland. But if it were indeed the case that Mrs Williams had absolute title of her farmhouse and garden, aside from the 999-year lease of surrounding farmland acquired in 1667, then the above conveyances show that her land and home were unlawfully absorbed into the land BP acquired and gained possession of, treating her home and garden as one and the same when they were not. Ownership was never ruled on. BP sought possession and never gained a ruling on ownership. So Mrs Williams and our family's home and garden and ownership claim and plot appears to not have been extinguished, but instead possession of our home and garden appears to have been taken by force — possibly military too, not just police — as if our home and garden were subject to the possession of the surrounding farmland. Confusion caused may stem from BP withholding the fact Mary was challenging their claim of ownership of her land and garden from the land registry in 1983. Mary conveniently died the fortnight she had to challenge BP merging her title into theirs. The land registry also appears to have used the invalid Mrs Buckler name from her 1935 marriage, disregarding the name change reversion, to validate the name Mrs Buckler on BP's licence letters offered in 1974. To which were allegedly not rejected despite Mary going to the papers to expressly reject as per the 1974 article and expressly rejected access in 1975 during the conveyance. The land registry also would have had to depend on the 1974 quashed and earlier adjourned court documents to corroborate BP's filings, but allege to have not seen or known the land was disputed by Mary Williams and my family, while depending on court documents explicitly detailing that Mary Williams and my family were challenging BP. The 1974 licence letters, wrongly validated retrospectively in 1987, as did the land registry try to validate their actions in 1983 using a ruling 4 years later as their defence. BP lost in 1974. The challenge of ownership could not be ruled on in their favour nor ruled against in Mary's. Nor did they win possession. The press sided with Mary. The courts to an extent too, saying she couldn't present title, which isn't to say it didn't exist. And we won in the hearts and minds of the 1100+ people who petitioned BP in 1974. Their licence letters afterwards, after my nan conveniently didn't get her audience and ruling in her favour with the court for the second time that year due to adjourning and squashing, appear to have been backdated. And lacked validity due to the 1975 conveyance where BP themselves clearly did not leave Mary alone as their own licence terms. Notwithstanding the name was wrong on them. Notwithstanding Mary did explicitly reject them publicly and in the 1975 conveyance. A series of institutional failures and court mistakes and procedural unfairness and fraud appears to have occurred, notwithstanding the convenient timed death of my grandmother in the 2-week window to challenge BP's registering of our home and garden and land in their names in 1983. Or the convenient death of my father after his appeal of the 1987 ruling was dismissed and his ECHR blocked and his property abruptly destroyed. ITV failing to report that 24 hours before that abrupt demolition us 3 children and pregnant mum were inside. ITV footage suppressed until late last year along with much other media, still suppressed. I don't say all this to offload the trauma of it all onto you. I say all this to say that I am still a constituent of this community and my family had standing in this community and county since 1667 and still do with our current house we have in the neighbouring town, since the 50's. Which my grandad Ray Smith purchased after starring in Exodus with Paul Newman. And for 38 years we have, all of us, been utterly deceived by headlines saying we were squatters being evicted. Or like in 1987 the judge said Mary Williams "conceived the notion she owned". Her paper title was stolen from her so far as I understand in my research so far. She still appears to have defeated the attempts to dispossess our family of our home in the early to later half of the 1900's due to a copy of the paper in the public library. Which in later cases could not be presented as that went missing too. Which in later court cases, despite paper title not being able to be presented, still did not defeat or extinguish our ownership claim due to our long standing. And to this day our ownership claim has not been lawfully or legally extinguished or surrendered or transferred or sold by the inheritor of the Williams Title i.e. Mrs Williams, or her heirs or successors i.e. my late father and now my cousins, 5 aunties, tens of cousins, and brothers and sisters. Our family is now a small army. And all of this information is surfacing and assembling and is painting a very damning picture of the reality there. There's literal theatre going on there. The authority is lacking legitimacy. This false reality is the only thing that has been conceived or imagined and on the basis of BP perjury, fraud and concealment. My dad reported fraud prior to his conveniently timed death too and I don't see it was ever actioned then. The situation is untenable. I appreciate your help but I am receiving a lot of snivelling, delaying/stalling, gatekeeping, legally defensive, carefully worded responses as to what information is and is not held. And what information is/is not disclosed to me. Notwithstanding gaps in records. With none of you seeming to hear me when I say I am a military cyber and electronic warfare professional and certified and experienced military commander and leader. I was the child in this village, which I am still not feeling the warmth from, 38 years later. And I have been examining this whole matter and collecting my evidence for the best part of 20 years. Last month CADW alleged to have nothing to do with this and I had to send them a newspaper clipping explicitly quoting them, with their affiliation to this case. Much of what I collected over the last 2 decades has gone missing. Including Parliamentary records of this case: moved, destroyed, inaccessible to journalists and researchers or their security classification changed for increased inaccessibility. I would encourage every self-proclaimed authority there, to not dig yourselves into deeper holes to protect institutional failures here. The Netflix documentary of all this will come. The replica of the farm here in Patagonia will no longer just be a museum to tell the story of the farm. But will now include the 1988 possible military action/ siege against my family, disguised as a civil proceeding. And the perversion of the course of justice and suppression of this thereafter. This is a scandal. Not just controversial. Let's be real. Here's what I can gather so far: https://youtu.be/INfFOLndny0?feature=shared My family remain in authority. As our claim is legitimate. No force. No stealth/secrecy. NO LICENCE. BP and the British State claims lack legitimacy here. And force, stealth/secrecy and illegitimate licence was used. Now please, provide me the records you hold on me, my family estate, in trust, and this case. The full truth. Without further delay. Or ambiguity. It's unreasonable to expect me to pay admission to your records. Let alone fly 7,000 miles to view them. Or the artifacts in the museums looted from our stolen land. And so forth. Co-operate with me on this because your all on notice for allegations of fraud and supression of information and destruction of evidence. As a regime. Or possible terrorist network/ cell or failed 80's coup. Nothing theorised about what you lot are all doing there with this case, would much surprise me any more. Except maybe acting more forthcoming and transparently. Public servants and public records should be public and private citizens and private lives should remain private. This entire dialoug my family are having with your govenrment is the inverse whereby Vale of Glamorgan and others ask what it is I'm doing or know, while gatekeeping and keeping private information held on me and my family and case. Not historic, but my actual physical self, who was in that house while it was demolished while we still resided in it. Refusing to leave with one simple term: rule on ownership. No ruling was made we didn't own it. No ruling was made BP did. Our forceful removal and the lawfare was and still is absurd and an ongoing crime against our humanity. I am simply building a chronological timeline of events to try to accurately re-tell this story for family, history/heritage and later legal adjudication and press and media. https://bpvsbuckler.datro.xyz I'm not hijacking a BP fuel truck and driving it into those 20 houses on our land and standing on the truck with a naked flame making demands. I'm just asking you and your regime, respectfully and kindly, to just release the files. You and other departments. In full. Without further delay or ransom or conditions. I will be including in each slide and statement in the above website all the supporting evidence. https://wayback.datro.xyz And this is all open source: https://github.com/unclehowell/datro/tree/bpvsbuckler so anyone can submit a pull request with edits suggested. Which is how I would encourage and influence over mistakes I make, to be addressed. Seeing as we are now algocratic and technologcal. This makes the narrative democratic and transparent and not perverted and supressed. My family hold the access keys to this repo in allodium. Which could be conditionally entrusted to the Welsh Government once it stops being so scandalous on this matter. And resembles a legitimate fiduciary and authority to my indigenous family, on our ancestral birthland. I literally have to fly in and out of my own county like it's a war zone now. Because of all this hybrid warfare. Like another tour of Iraq. And see my generationally traumatised family held hostage by terrorists, after the 1988 act of terrorism we endured, still being covered up, is like seeing the SAS soldiers I helped break out the Iraq prison, days before their execution. The parallels are uncanny. And the irony is it was SAS that appear to have dispossessed our family for BP and Thatcher. Had I known this I might have not helped save those two SAS soldiers from execution in 2005. The depth of evil to have sent me to save the same people who sabotaged my family, goes some way to proving the demonic realm occupying and ruling their. Redeem yourselves already. For the love of God. 99% of MP's refused to sign an EDM to condemn decapitating Christians last year. Notwithstanding anyone with a flag resembling the colors of the four horsemen of the apocalypse are already decapitating Britons on British isles. Michael Jones set up this Welsh Settlement in Argentina in 1786 specifically, as his followers recount, due to the "decapitation committee". I would, as a former employee of the Welsh Government/Vale of Glamorgan Council up until 2024 (adult care), having left my military career with full honours (and am still bonafide), stop going down this path of this Brit'ish cultural, heritage and historic erasure and replacement of us all, specifically Christian indigenous white Welsh, on our ancestral land, with our history and heritage. I'm married to a Dominican, my brother married a phiilipino; my family's race has changed from all white to mixed in a single generation with my nephews and neice and daughter now all half African, philippino and Dominican. As a family we could not have embraced or advocated multiculturalism or diversity or being Brit'ish, any more. But our own culture, story, history and heritage in this case, must be told, KNOWN and able to be celebrated too. No more of this supression and persecution. It's already a stretch that I'm not discussing this all in Welsh. I'm still inclined to refrain from discussing this further in English. Our farm was where Peerless Jim, 1906 featherweight champion, had his first fight. Where Marconi invented radio. Where a Roman Villa stands. Where our former (Grade II listed — as it should have been, had CADW not failed the nation) 800-year-old former coach/manorial/court/farm house once stood. Where a monastery exists. Where we called our family home since 1667. It's possible Magnus Maximus might have even been at the Roman Villa on our land. The fact the tree we planted to commemorate our ownership has been removed too, without our claim of ownership being extinguished or defeated. And our home [destruction of property and evidence]. And what's been built over us, burying us alive, while we're still all alive and breathing is, so far as I can see, no plaque to commemorate Marconi. No notice or tourist board to commemorate the Roman Villa and Monastery. Or the fact it's Wales' largest and most significant burial site ever recorded. This is therefore all alien. It's the action of imperialism and/or a terrorist cell/camp to house its officers/PoWs/hostages... following militant acts of terrorism, theft/looting, human rights violations, propaganda, suppression of evidence and information. I have reported all this to my churches here in Patagonia and South Wales. And American societies that celebrate Welsh culture and heritage and history. The embarrassment and scandal here is no side of history to be on. Wales has political eruptions in decolonisation/devolution now too. Notwithstanding the uprising in right wingers and indigenous rights for indigenous Britons. Layering injustice upon injustice to disguise earlier injustices in this case, is not going to keep working for another decade. And I don't believe it's any side of history to be on. My intentions here are in good faith. I'm merly working to get the websites up and organise the evidence chronologically. So there's a centralised archive. And prepare it all for legal adjudication. Try to get a ruling on land ownership as it's never been ruled on (only possession was). And if a plaque can be erected in Llandough all the better. I would like to arrange guided augmented reality tours of Llandough to our land there. And I'm already here to reconstruct a replica of Great House Farm here in Argentina. With wax models of Peerless Jim and Marconi and so forth. Legal reparations for my family is something we seek to pursue, but narrative justice too. This will be expensive. I have written to the ministry of interior in Argentina to seek land with the same absolute title status as we held in Wales, which cannot be returned to make us whole, no matter the reparations, since that superior title type no longer exists on British Isles under UK or Welsh law, so far as I understand. This is all an ambitious undertaking. I require of you, my community, churches and government, support and cooperation. There's nobility in my direction forward from this. To gatekeep, suppress, withhold and ransom information and extort is dishonourable. As it brings the very values your institutes proclaim to instill, into disrepute. And I won't play or pay to play part in that. My chosen direction forward does not require me to, nor does it depend on your assistance if you are unwilling to fully assist. My direction forward from this will happen either way and obstructions to my endeavours will only place those hindering what I propose into further dishonour in my estimation. It will actually take a lot of work on the part of the alleged authorities there, to redeem yourselves. My transparency on this matter is one such an opportunity. And I don't much feel the olive branch I extend here, to the alleged authorities and fiduciaries there, is much being reciprocated thus far. This isn't to cast aspersions on your department in particular, but dealings thus far with CADW and land registry, MP and councillors and even my former employer Vale Council, does not fill me with confidence this multi-generational attempt to starve and bury my family out of existence, is far from over. It's literally a demonic realm occupying and ruling back there. And no wonder at all I've spent most of my adult life overseas. This case is also one of many. My 36 day old son was abducted and filmed being ritualistacally abused. It's not within my family to play this role of prisoners of war or hostages under the tyranny of the evil men back there. It has, at best, the under duress (V.C) women and children and pets of our family, that haven't managed to liberate, who remain. That isn't constituency or membership to a society or citizenship. They're still terrorised into silence. Behold that which you call citizens. Further to this I remind you of the Eisteddfod ceremony: is there peace, is there peace, is there peace. And the sword is reshiethed each time the crowd say yes, there's peace. Well I contest in that when visit and ask is there peace and my family say yes. It's a question that is asked 3 times specifically so that seeing beyond their answer is possible. To see beyond the answer hostages at gunpoint give, in order to see the duress. Their reinactment of our customs and rituals in our culture, means nothing but pagentry now, to many people. The actors literally said there was peace 3 times while bombs fell on the event and the crowd were ushered into air raid shelters. Which is the point I'm trying to convey about how being so disconnected from reality can look. I'm not unsheathing a sword and looking into my families eyes and asking is there peace 3 times before projecting force on those holding them hostage, because it's so far beyond that point already. And the demonic realm there is so malignant and systemic. I can only appeal to others there my proposal for an alternate direction forward to climb out of this hell. With the replica museum reconstruction here in Patagonia and Augmented reality tour and plaque back there in Llandough. And while you might say write to your MP or Councillor. They ignore this. They're acting possessed by this scandal and demonic realm too. Today my younger sister, despite her nightmares about all this, visited the local library and read me this extract from the Glamorgan Village Book: "Visitors to the farm saw how people lived in the past, how they made their butter, cheese and beer and dried pork, and sent their sheep's wool to the woollen mill at Lock's Mill Hill for spinning into yarn. They saw the cheese drying rooms hollowed out of a solid wall and the bedroom where in earlier centuries monks took rest on their travels. Marconi too slept here in a four poster bed whilst working with his experiments in wireless telegraphy between Flat Holm and Lavernock Point." I also spoke to my aunty Mary Godfrey last night. And son Mark Godfrey. And other extended family yesterday. We all know the injustice we have and continue to endure. We are just wondering if the regime has changed at all from Thatcher and the terrorists who waged war on us 38 years ago. Ultimately it sucks to all be buried alive under this mountain of scandal, fraud, deceipt, propergander and falsified records etc for almost 4 decades. Has this regime occupying and ruling no mercy, if it hasn't changed since Thatcher? I also note while this act of terrorism was occurring on us, which ITV somewhat reported on, regardless of the abrupt edits/cuts and failure to report my mum was pregnant and the existence of us three children inside the house, let alone that footage being supressed for 3+ decades. I do note that another Welsh journalist was in Lybia at the same time where Ghadaffi was telling the Welsh journalist that Thatcher was a terrorist and killing us indigenous Britons, while we were simultaniously being terorrised and killed and our land and home looted and destroyed. Thatcher did also tell the land registry to look the other way as BP registered our land in their names. Another conveniently supressed report. Had they been shown side by side in 1988, and my existence as a human child, inside the house been at least mentioned, non of this would have happened. I don't know if you can fathom the scale of injustice we feel in this matter. Not only am I the only one of my family not in enough of vodaka fuelled rage scale of rage or generationally traumatised into silence about this. But I don't have vices, I'm bona fide, left my professional career with full honours and I'm a former Vale of Glamorgan employee, completing my 22 years in Oath that same year in 2024. If you and I are not able to at least find an end of this snake to pick it up by, at least the right end, what hope is there? Of all the departments I've spoken to thus far I feel you're email today has been the most helpful. And I hope that what I've conveyed to you and your regime about our families position on this matter has been helpful to you also. Do with this information what you will too. I've said all I can say to you Adam. Regards, Sion Buckler Esq.
