Having recently completed my 2022 years in Oath as a public servant. Employed under the welsh government/ Vale of Glamorgan for the last 2 of it. And left my military career with honours before that. I always prided myself serving as a public servant. But I am outraged at what occured to my family and its a huge scandal. And anyone in office should not be treating this like an us/them situation where I'm going up against my Welsh Govenrment and fudiciaries. There's a lot of women in my family too terrified to even speak up against this. My father alledged fraud. He died. My grandad died before being able to explain how BP got our title. My nan died in the window she had to challenge BP's registration of our land in their names. I am the only one who is willing to speak up and out about this. Its not I wasn't frightened like they were. Its that statute of limitation applied and there wasn't much that could be done. But I suspect fraud as of this year and this means this can and should be reopened. I am horrified that the MP and Councillor for Llandough are remaining silent. Not responding. But its possible they might need time to take a position on this. So far as I see the British (Thatcher and BP) seem implicated. And us indigenous welsh on our ancestral birthland home since 1667, makes this very bad for them. So if there's any Welsh still in Wales, that care that our herritage and history could be looted and history covered up as this appears to have, I hope someone else will make noise about this too. And not just let it rest. Marconi stayed with us while inventing radio and there's not even a plaque to commemorate Church View Close, Llandough as the birthplace of radio. This is a huge scandal. I understand many Brits are liberal left and Marconi was right wing. Thats what Cardiff City Council say about why there's no plaque to commemorate marconi on the statute of a radio at Cardiff Bay. But this perversion and supression of history and facts is so unacceptable. I have nephews and children and the fact they can't see any trace of our 320 years in Llandough , up until 1988 is an outrage. The fact the press all labelled us squatters and thats what they will grow up reading, when it was our home since 1667 is also an outrage. They're clearly hostages under terrorists and there's nothing democratic about any of this. So far as I see what happened to our family in 1988 , in how we were displaced, isn't just tyranny or british colonising. It's a literally act of terrorism. Which I reported to police yesterday as such. And I consider my family there in Wales hostages under said terrorists. The situation is untenable. We require remedy. Narrative justice. Correction of records. Some press release. Something to amend this situation. The fact ITV quietly just declassified footage from 1988 after 38 years was cowardly. They cannot expect to get away with that. The footage clearly says neighbours report SAS used and the footage shows SAS and there's mention of the land being prime Real Estate overlooking cardiff bay. But more so is the fact that my old best friends late mum, Nichola Hayward Thomas, who is the news anchor, never mentioned this footage to me and took this to her grave. And in the clip she fails to mention the assault on my mum, while serving the injuction to the illegal occupiers terrorists, properly SAS. Didn't just dislocate her shoulder. But she was pregnant with three toddlers. So even the declassified footage after 38 years supressed, is itself carefully scripted to show bias. And there's more on that. Like the fact the edit/ cut is so abrupt when the SAS looking man or mention of real estate value being prime. We scattered to the wind, looted and half dead in 1988 after decades of lawfare and this terrorist attack and siege on our home. We want justice. Because what we've said all along seems to have been the plausible story. And what the press, records and courts ruled seems to be the fraud. Without legitimacy there's no authority here. It's important as fudiciaries you be legitimate. I'm horrified at the replies I have received thus far. Like CADW saying they had nothing to do with this or land registry converting my query into a complaint only to squash is. And failing that some other cowardly reply. There's institutional failure. There's court mistakes. Theres proceedural unfairness. Purgergy and fraud. I expect better from the Welsh Govenrment to fix this. Please do everything in your power. This is all I ask.
