Here's a website AI generated and maintains which articulates my grievance. https://greathousefarmwiki.wordpress.com I shared with the charity who own the woodland. They're immidiate response was to do what everyone has always done to us and ignore our ownership claim and assertion and acknowledge someone else as the owner. Many and myself are still investigating. But in a nutshell a synthetic parcel appears to have been created, based on enough years of attempts to make our occupancy appear permissive, so that the land registry can accept the story. So 1974 licence letters was also a failed attempt and premis my family rejected, in a long line of failed attempts spanning back to at least 1949. The registration then made the 1987 ruling possible. And that ruling is what the land registry depend on to justify its decision to allow BP to register a synthetic mimic of our parcel in their names, without notifying us until long after the appeal of that registration had ended. In which my nan conveniently died. Equally that 1987 ruling depends on the 1983 registration of our land parcel (or mimic synthetic version of it, built from a falsehood of a chain that didn't have root title and was not and never was successful attempts to make our occupancy permissive. Furthermore the "whole farm" being treated as one parcel, was not merged back into one parcel (a synthetic version of our parcel too, not ours), until after the 1986/1987 case. So my nan Mary Williams didn't get a fair opportunity to reject the licence letter in 1974 between it being offered and quashing the 1962 possession order for our land parcel. Which itself was never enforced and arguably not legally enforceable as it was based on ambuguity from the 1955 order which made our occupancy of our parcel simply appear permissive with concealment of the fact my nans resistence was due to her ownership claim. And concealment of the fact "whole farm" excluded our parcel of land and was not in the 1939 tenancy agreement. So not conveyed to Western Ground Rents in 1938. Further to that my nans ownership claim, even though unable to be proven due her title being stolen in 1950/52, still means having not paid anyone for anything on her parcel since 1928 she will have already qualified for adverse possession by 1940. We didn't get fair opportunity to appeal the 83 registration either. We also didn't get opportunity to appeal CADWs decision to not list our county treasure 800 year old home as a grade II before BP demolished it at 4am the next day. Then the council didn't hold them to any account when they returned in 1989 to get planning permission. The council are also under the microscope for many failures. Failure to issue a demolition block order. Also two annexes are missing from those planning docs which are local historic societies testemony to petition demolition citing our old ancestral homes significants (home since 1667 and my birth home I remind you). Please just look at the evidence. https://greathousefarmwiki.wordpress.com My family are living like hostages under terrorists and have done for 38 years. It's not acceptable. This demonic realm and spell has to be fought off. Do what you can please. Even if its a small prayer for us. I thank you in advance. See attached a few images from my military service. I served this country. I'm still trying to here. I left my career with full honours. My last employer in the Vale Council. I hope this betrayal will end. I'm more than disappointed in local authories here, who don't appear any less hostile to my family and our interest in our land in Llandough. I can't play the role of hostage or prisoner of war under this regime. My family are mostly all women and children, I am not. It's an untenable situation Chris. The Senedd should have at least done a public enquiry of this. Regards, Sion Hywel Buckler (Ret'd Sergeant) Royal Signals Cyber/ Electronic Warfare Professional and Life Member [phone redacted]
