I believe what has occured in our case and others. Is that ownership disputes of land were manufactures. Our title deeds went missing from our home, so too did a public library copy. The courts then shelved the ownership dispute and awarded possession. This is where BP and their deep pockets and lawfare all went to work. My disabled widowed nan didn't stand a chance. But she fought well for decades. The scandal here is huge because it was a matter of public interest then, its a matter of national history and herritage too.
