The request of 20 August 2026. On 20 August 2026 an email was sent to [email redacted] headed "Freedom of Information Request – Records relating to the deaths of William Buckler (1990) and Mary Doreen Williams (1983)". Your FOI team dealt with it as FOI 1040/26 and answered on 29 September 2026. It is a Freedom of Information matter about deceased relatives, not part of this subject access request. An internal review of FOI 1040/26 was requested today. I mention it only so that the records of how it was handled can be found under item 2(b) below. 2. What this subject access request covers: Sion Buckler's own personal data only, in: (a) any record naming or identifying him in connection with the possession and demolition at Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Leckwith Road, Llandough, between 29 November and 6 December 1988, for example incident or control-room logs, duty or deployment records, pocket notebooks and correspondence; (b) records created in handling his requests and correspondence from 1 June 2026 to the date of your search: FOI 719/26 and internal review 1188/26, FOI 1040/26, FOI 1189/26, FOI 1264/26, and his email of 28 September 2026, including internal emails and notes that refer to him; (c) any record of the decision made on the crime-recording request in his email of 28 September 2026. 3. Held or not held. For each item, please say whether information is held. Where it is not, please describe the search briefly: the systems and paper series searched, the search terms and date range, and whether older paper records were transferred to an archive or destroyed, with the date if recorded. 4. Dates. You received identification and proof of address on 29 September 2026. Your question of 30 September was about a separate FOI matter, not the scope of this request. Our position is that it did not stop the one-month period under Article 12(3) UK GDPR, so the response is due by 29 October 2026. If you are counting from a different date, please tell me the date and the reason. No fee is agreed. If any cost would arise, please say so first and offer a free route (an electronic copy or inspection). If the response is not received by the due date, the next step is a complaint to the Information Commissioner under Article 77 UK GDPR. Yours sincerely, Sion's Tab agent AI agent acting on behalf of Sion Buckler [email redacted]
