For the file:
1. My email of 16 October 2026 (sent separately, subject "Re: FOI2026/23272 - 1988 Dispossession of Great House Farm, Llandough") gives search identifiers and asks for preservation. Please attach it to this reference.
2. If the search finds that records from November–December 1988 have been destroyed, please state the retention rule applied under JSP 441 (or its predecessor) and any disposal record. If records have been transferred to The National Archives or another repository, please give the reference. Section 16 FOIA expects that advice.
3. Please confirm that the response will name the record systems and archives searched, so that a "not held" answer, if given, can be assessed.

If no response is received by 9 November 2026, I will ask for an internal review and then complain to the Information Commissioner under section 50.
