Subject: Re: FOI/EIR request - Case Ref/ 00211484 From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2026 16:29 UTC Institution: Vale of Glamorgan Council Refs: 00211483, 00211484 Archive id: gm-1a15f4bc01cdf18e ------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Information Governance Officer, Your refs: 00211483 and 00211484 Thank you for your acknowledgements of 18 September 2026 for request 00211483 (Great House Farm, Llandough) and request 00211484 (removal of a commemorative tree). So that the record is clear: 1. Both requests were received on 18 September 2026. The 20 working-day limit under section 10(1) FOIA and regulation 5(2) EIR fell on 16 October 2026. I have received no response to either request, and no notice extending time under regulation 7(1) EIR. 2. For 00211484, even if my narrowing email of 28 September 2026 were treated as a fresh request, the limit would be 26 October 2026. 3. Please confirm by return whether any extension notice was issued and, if so, its date. If none was, please tell me the date on which each response will be sent. 4. My supplement of 18 October 2026 (village green VG41, the planning committee meeting of 19 November 1958, and council works on the VG41 land) asked to be logged separately if you prefer. Please give me its reference number and due date. 5. Please make sure that all records within scope of these requests are preserved while they and any review remain open. If no response to 00211483 is received by 4 November 2026, I will complain to the Information Commissioner under section 50 FOIA (and regulation 18 EIR) about the failure to respond, and ask for an internal review (regulation 11) at the same time.
