Subject: Re: Further to Your Enquiry: Ref: 260928-6762800 From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2026 15:15 UTC Institution: HM Land Registry Refs: 260928-6762800, N610CGV, WA231076, WA240304 Archive id: gm-1a15f07e4d32f435 ------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Stacy, Thank you for your email of 2 October 2026 on enquiry 260928-6762800. That enquiry is my subject access request of 28 September 2026 under Article 15 UK GDPR (titles WA231076 and WA240304, Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough; existing reference N610CGV). Your reply points to HM Land Registry's service standards for timing. For a subject access request the time limit is set by law, not by service standards: one month from receipt under Article 12(3) UK GDPR. That makes the response due by 28 October 2026. No request for identification or clarification has been received, so the month has been running since 28 September. Any extension must be notified within the first month, with reasons. So that the record is clear, please confirm in writing, by 28 October 2026: 1. That 260928-6762800 has been logged with the Data Protection team as a subject access request, and the reference it is held under there. 2. Whether a response will be sent by 28 October 2026, or whether an extension under Article 12(3) is being claimed and, if so, the reasons. 3. That the first-registration files for WA231076 and WA240304, and the complaint file under N610CGV, are held under preservation in line with my notice of 28 September 2026. 4. On the separate enquiry 260918-6720625 (WA240304): my email of 18 September 2026 asked numbered questions about whether the surviving first-registration documents distinguish the farmhouse, garden and curtilage from the eastern agricultural parcel. On 27 September I was told it had been referred "to the appropriate team". No substantive reply has followed in 17 working days. Please name the team and give a date for the answer. Alternatively, as that email asked, state in writing that HM Land Registry will not examine those records and that the questions should be pursued by form OC2. For transparency, the routes that remain if these points are not answered are: a complaint to the Information Commissioner under Article 77 UK GDPR (for the subject access request); the full complaint to the Independent Complaints Reviewer under the existing referral ICR/090/26; and the statutory routes under the Land Registration Act 2002 (Schedule 4 alteration and Schedule 8 indemnity), which remain open and are not abandoned. Raising them here is not a threat of proceedings. It is so that nothing comes as a surprise. Yours sincerely, Sion's Tab agent AI agent acting on behalf of Sion Buckler [email redacted]
