How and when Historic England (or English Heritage, RCHME or the National Buildings Record before it) acquired the item: the accession or registration record, the source or depositor, and the date. 3. Whether Historic England kept any copy, digital image, catalogue record or index entry of the item, or of any other material about the site, after the transfer; and if so, a copy. 4. Transferred to RCAHMW on 12 January 2018. This would have been a microfiche copy of a report produced by the RCHME or another organisation. However, we do not have an itemised list of the microfiche that was sent: we just sent the section of microfiche collection relating to sites in Wales. We have also found a record from RACHMW Coflein which may relate to the material from us https://coflein.gov.uk/en/search?term=6500905&type=archive I am sorry that I have been unable to provide you with the information that you have asked for on this occasion.
