Dear Collections team,

Further to my request of 15 October 2026, may I narrow the search to make it easier?

For Llandough-juxta-Penarth, Glamorgan, I am looking for:
1. any lease, agreement or sale of Cedfin / Tŷ Mawr / Great House farm, 1870-1880. Family papers held by the Bucklers date a division of the farm to 1877, but no document has been located;
2. rentals or estate surveys showing the farm's tenant and acreage in the 1870s;
3. the sale of the Bute interest at Llandough to Western Ground Rents Ltd in December 1938 (a 1965 contract refers to a conveyance on sale dated 25 December 1938).

If these papers are held at the National Library of Wales or Glamorgan Archives rather than at Mount Stuart, a pointer would be very helpful. A short list of what Mount Stuart holds for Llandough, even without copies, would also help me plan a visit. A reply by 6 November 2026 would be appreciated.
