Re: my preservation notice of 28 September 2026; your reply of 2 October 2026.

I am writing about Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough-juxta-Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, the subject of BP Properties Ltd v Buckler (High Court 1986; Court of Appeal 1987). Thank you for your reply of 2 October 2026; I understand the Archaeology Data Service preserves its data permanently.

I would be grateful if you would tell me:
1. whether the Archaeology Data Service holds any deposit, metadata record or archive identifier relating to Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough, in particular the 1990 Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust assessment or the 1994 Cotswold Archaeology work;
2. what searches were made, and whether any physical files were checked;
3. whether anything has been destroyed or transferred elsewhere (and if so, when and to whom).

A reply by 16 November 2026 would be much appreciated. Please also make sure that no record relating to Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr is destroyed while these enquiries are open.
