Dear FOI Unit,

Re: FOI 00211027; your reply of 14 September 2026, which included the 1965 conveyance of the Llandough school site and the 1965 contract. The conveyance is marked as document 10 in deed wallet 1756.

Please provide copies of the other documents in that deed wallet (documents 1 to 9, and 11 onward), or a list of them if that is easier. In particular:
(a) any abstract or summary of title (the 1965 contract, condition F, says title was to start with a conveyance on sale dated 25 December 1938);
(b) the plan to the conveyance of 5 March 1962 by Western Ground Rents Ltd to Lakeside and Llandough Development Co Ltd, if a copy is held.
