Dear FOI Unit, A short follow-up on the internal review of FOI 00210772 (request of 7 July 2026), which I asked about on 7 and 15 October 2026. I have not yet had an outcome or a date. Please send the outcome, or a firm date for it, by 30 October 2026. If I have neither by then, I may ask the Information Commissioner's Office to consider the delay under section 50 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. While the review is pending, please confirm that records relating to planning applications 89/01396/OUT and 92/00671/RES (including conditions 16–18 and any section 52 or section 106 agreement) are held under a hold and will not be destroyed under routine retention schedules. Please confirm the review outcome or a firm date. I am also concerned that records relevant to Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough (1988 eviction, demolition, planning and Building Preservation Notice files) may be subject to routine disposal. Please suspend any disposal of those records pending the outcome of this review.
