Subject: Re: FOI/EIR request - Case Ref/ 00211557 From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Sun, 18 Oct 2026 22:32 UTC Institution: Vale of Glamorgan Council Refs: 00211557 Archive id: gm-1a15125143440637 ------------------------------------------------------------ Dear FOI Unit, This is a supplement to my request 00211557 (Great House Farm / Church View Close). It adds one narrow request for a related heritage record. If you would rather log it as a separate request, please do so and let me know the reference. It is not meant to replace or narrow 00211557 or any of my other open requests, or to restart their clocks. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 for anything that is environmental information), I am looking for the original County Treasures inventory compiled by the former South Glamorgan County Council (I understand in the late 1970s), specifically any entry for Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough, near Penarth. The Council's County Treasures list and 2009 Supplementary Planning Guidance describe the later survey (2002–2007), which is a different record. Please provide, if held: 1. The original list, including any Llandough, Penarth or Cogan entry for Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr. 2. Any associated survey sheet, field notes, map, photograph or draft list identifying the property. 3. Any record of amendment or deletion between the original inventory and the later survey. 4. Any record of how the original inventory was circulated to the council's planning and conservation officers. Search terms: "Great House Farm", "Tŷ Mawr", "Ty Mawr", "Llandough", "County Treasures", "South Glamorgan County Council". If the records are not held, please say whether they were transferred (for example to Glamorgan Archives, with the reference) and distinguish "not held" from "not found after searching". If a record contains third-party personal data, please redact that data rather than withhold the record. Please reply within 20 working days.
