Subject: Supplement and plain-language clarification to my email of 13 October 2026 (03:25 UTC) From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Fri, 16 Oct 2026 08:54 UTC Institution: Llandough Community Council Refs: none Archive id: gm-1a143eb210d4982d ------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Mr Egan, copied to Dr Misra, This is a supplement to my email of 13 October 2026 (03:25 UTC, "Apologies Gentlemen - Disregard Last Email Por Favor"). I come from a military background, and parts of that email used the language of that world. So that nothing is misread, I restate the relevant points in plain administrative terms. All of the formal requests in that email stand as sent. 1. My position. I act for my family, who are Welsh nationals and have been on this land for generations. We assert our claim to Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr), in particular what the family calls Parcel A, and we ask every body that holds a record or made a decision about it to respect that claim by answering for its records, decisions and representations. We do not accept that the matter is closed, and we will not stop asking. 2. "Hostage", "terrorist", "occupation" and "legitimacy". I meant that my family has been unable to obtain clear answers about its land and home for some forty years, and that public bodies should evidence what they hold and have done rather than rely on their authority alone. I am not alleging terrorism by the Council or its officers. 3. "Security group", "close-protection officers" and "army". These referred to my professional associates and my large extended family, who support my research. No one is being asked or instructed to take any action against the Council, its members or its staff, and no one will be on its premises or on the land in any capacity other than as the law allows. I make no threat of any kind. My route is lawful and administrative: information requests, internal review, complaint and referral to the Independent Complaints Reviewer, the Information Commissioner, and the courts if necessary. 4. "Decolonise", "ethnic cleansing" and "powder keg". These express my political view about the loss of Welsh families' land and heritage and the pace of the present process. They are my opinions, not allegations of unlawful conduct by the Council, and I do not ask the Council to adopt or answer them. 5. Remarks about my personal circumstances and about third parties. These were background. They are not part of any request and need not be recorded or circulated. The formal parts stand: the request for internal review of the section 12 response of 11 October 2026, the further information request, the subject access request, and the request for the date, venue and public-access arrangements for the 22 October meeting. I ask for a reasoned answer to each. Yours sincerely, Sion Buckler [email redacted]
