Dear Mr Egan,

Thank you for the agenda and Zoom link. Ahead of the 22 October meeting I would like to flag two items for the public record, both tied to the Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr material at https://www.google.com/url?q=https://greathousefarmwiki.wordpress.com&source=gmail&ust=1792226701788000&sa=E.

First, my FOI to the Council (treated as such in your reply of 11 October) and the internal review request of 13 October remain open. I am not asking the Council to pre-judge them at the meeting; I simply ask that the review outcome or a firm date be communicated before or at the meeting so that public participation is not conducted under a section 12 refusal that has not been reviewed.

Second, I have placed preservation requests with The National Archives, HM Land Registry, the MOD, South Wales Police and others concerning 1988 records. If the Council holds any planning files, section 52/106 instruments or correspondence from 1988-1992 relating to planning refs 89/01396/OUT and 92/00671/RES, I would be grateful for confirmation that they are being retained pending those wider enquiries.

I will participate through the public participation slot only.
