Dear Mr Byrne,

Thank you for your emails of 12 and 13 October 2026. I note the deadline of 9 November 2026.

For completeness, I confirm that William Beverly Buckler died at Llandough Hospital on 15 May 1992, and that information relating to a deceased person is not exempt on data-protection grounds in the same way as information about a living individual. I would be grateful if the scope of FOI 1264/26 could be read accordingly.

Please also preserve any potentially relevant material, including liaison records with other agencies concerning the 1988 possession and demolition.
