Thank you for your reply of 12 October. I note that you do not hold a separate recorded basis for treating records as outside the scope of FOI 2026-024. I would be grateful if you could confirm what search terms and systems were used to reach that conclusion, and whether any predecessor records (e.g. from the former National Museum of Wales or GGAT) were included.
