Subject: Document preservation notice — Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough-juxta-Penarth (BP Properties Ltd v Buckler, 1984–1988) From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Fri, 16 Oct 2026 07:55 UTC Institution: BP Refs: none Archive id: gm-1a143b522328160a ------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Ms Norman, I write as Sion Buckler, a party with a direct interest in the events concerning Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr), Llandough-juxta-Penarth, South Wales. The public working evidence catalogue is at https://greathousefarmwiki.wordpress.com, with the title and chronology index at https://dartboard.bucklerfamily.estate and the long-term archive at https://wayback.bucklerfamily.estate. BP Properties Ltd obtained possession of the site on 29 November 1988; outbuildings were demolished on 30 November 1988 and the farmhouse on 5–6 December 1988. Before any litigation or formal proceedings are considered, I am exhausting every non-litigious avenue. As part of that, I am placing preservation notices with every organisation that may hold relevant records or artefacts. Please treat this as notice that BP p.l.c., BP Properties Ltd, the BP Pension Trust and any successor entities should preserve, and not destroy, delete, overwrite or dispose of, any records, correspondence, title deeds, litigation files, photographs, plans, survey reports, demolition records, or other material relating to Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr, Llandough, for the period 1969 to present. This includes material held by BP Legal, external solicitors instructed in BP Properties Ltd v Buckler, and any archived or off-site storage. I would be grateful for written confirmation that a preservation hold has been placed, and for the identity of any external firm of solicitors that acted for BP in that litigation so that I may write to them directly. Kind regards, Sion Buckler (Ret'd Sergeant) Royal Signals Cyber/Electronic Warfare Professional and Life Member [email redacted]
