Freedom of Information Team,

Two cases are live: CAS-359317-Q8Q4R9 (Valuation Office field book, plan and index, Glamorgan XLVII.6, Llandough-juxta-Penarth) and CAS-347296-M0V4Y1 (National Farm Survey / MAFF and Glamorgan CWAEC records, c.1936-1950, including Compensation (Defence) Act 1939 material).

This is not a new request. It is a preservation flag. The 1988 demolition removed the building; the paper trail is what remains. I am concerned that routine disposal or weeding of IR 58 / IR 121-128 series material, MAFF National Farm Survey records, or CWAEC cultivation and compensation files could remove items before location and physical-check status are confirmed.

Please confirm: (1) whether any retention or disposal schedule has been or will be applied to these series in relation to this holding; (2) whether any item has been reported missing, transferred or destroyed; (3) the physical-check status of the Glamorgan XLVII.6 field book and plan as previously requested.
