I note that you point to Archwilio record 02038s and that you will reply separately on the 19 September 2026 email. The 8 September request asked for the HER source file, not only the online summary. Archwilio 02038s does not supply: 1. the complete entry text on armour or medieval ironwork found under the rear wing or floor about 1880, with every source code; 2. a copy or transcript of the RCAHMW / Suggett 1988 material on the file; 3. any museum accession, letter, or catalogue slip naming where the ironwork went; 4. any recorded distinction between the c.1880 rear-wing ironwork, the 1979 villa iron south of the church, and the 1994 cemetery iron girdle (Burial 631). Please give the record location before any viewing is discussed: series, accession, box, shelf, and catalogue id for the source file behind 02038s, and whether staff physically checked that the item is there (who, date, store). I am not requesting a screen-room viewing. If any of the four items is not held, please name the systems searched and whether the physical source file was retrieved (EIR reg.5 and reg.9; reg.14 if you refuse). Please also give a date for the separate reply on the 19 September email. The 8 September request was answered on day 20. An extension of the 19 September points should be notified if you need beyond 20 working days from 6 October.
