Subject: Great House Farm, Llandough — HMLR ref N610CGV — follow-up on Ministry of Justice reply and casework log From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Sat, 10 Oct 2026 19:15 UTC Institution: Member of Parliament Refs: 26FOI103, ICR/090/26, N610CGV Archive id: gm-1a1273de2fb6e40c ------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Mr Doughty, Great House Farm, Llandough — HM Land Registry ref N610CGV — follow-up Thank you for your office's forwarding on 18 September of the letter from HM Land Registry's Chief Executive and Chief Land Registrar. I understand your office is still waiting for a reply from the Ministry of Justice. Could your office please: 1. tell me whether the Ministry of Justice has replied, and if not, when your office last chased it; 2. confirm that my emails of 27 and 28 September 2026 have been received and logged as casework, since earlier messages were reported as not found; and 3. let me have a caseworker's name and a direct reply address, so that I do not have to rely on the general inbox. For your information, the Independent Complaints Reviewer has opened an investigation (ICR/090/26), the Wales Office internal review of 26FOI 103 is due by 26 October 2026, and HM Land Registry's subject access reply is due by 28 October 2026. I am not asking you to intervene in any of those processes, only to press the Ministry of Justice for the reply your office is waiting on.
