I am not asking TNA to decide title. I am asking whether the disclosure answered the request.

The request asked whether records relating to Great House Farm / Tÿ Mawr and to BP Properties Ltd v Buckler exist in your systems, where they came from, and whether they were transferred, retained, destroyed or disposed of. A finding that TNA does not itself hold a court file is not a finding that no transfer, accession or destruction entry exists.

Please determine, on review:

1. Which catalogues, transfer lists and destruction registers were searched.
2. Whether any WELSH OFFICE, court-administration, HO or DEFE series was considered and excluded, and why.
3. Whether the destroyed European Commission file in Buckler v United Kingdom, Application 14464/88 (file destroyed in 2000; decision of 14 April 1989 remains on HUDOC), has any TNA counterpart or transfer note.
4. What, if anything, is held about the existence or disposal of those records, as distinct from the records themselves.

The public evidence index is https://greathousefarmwiki.wordpress.com/ . The 1987 Court of Appeal decided possession, limitation and the October 1974 letters. It did not decide the documentary root of the farmhouse parcel. Transfer and destruction entries go to that separate question. They are evidential questions, not findings against TNA.
