The investigation distinguishes Parcel A (farmhouse, garden, buildings and yard — the family's maintained freehold) from Parcel B (eastern fields — not presently disputed). The 1987 Court of Appeal decided possession, limitation and the October 1974 letters. It did not decide whether the documentary root of Parcel A was ever established. These papers go to that question. They are not a finding against Cadw. Please confirm the reference and the 20 working-day date, and preserve anything in scope. Nothing in this letter abandons any claim concerning title, registration, concealment, limitation or reopening. This is not a claim form. Yours faithfully, Sion Buckler (Ret'd Sergeant) Royal Signals [email redacted]<[email redacted]> Sganiwyd y neges hon am bob feirws hysbys wrth iddi adael Llywodraeth Cymru.
