I have reviewed the points you have raised and can confirm that Welsh Water's position remains unchanged.

As explained in our previous correspondence, we have undertaken searches using the information available and have been unable to identify any records relating to either yourself or Great House Farm (Ty Mawr). As no records have been located, we are unable to provide evidence of their historical existence, confirm whether they were ever held, or provide deletion logs, audit records, or other documentation that we do not hold.

I also note your reference to previous mail reference numbers. For clarity, a mail reference is a unique identifier assigned to each item of correspondence received and responded to by Welsh Water.

The mail reference quoted in our response allows us to maintain a clear audit trail between your email and our reply. In the absence of an active account for the property in question, each new item of correspondence is assigned its own unique mail reference, and will be included within our responses.
