Subject: Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr) — heritage research and a Welsh museum project in Patagonia From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Sun, 20 Sep 2026 06:29 UTC Institution: Llandough Community Council Refs: none Archive id: gm-1a0bd8120efb077e ------------------------------------------------------------ Councillor Misra & Co, My family, the Williams and later Buckler family, lived at Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr) beside St Dochdwy's for almost 4 consecutive centuries until 1988, when our 800 year old 10 bed manorial home was subject to an SAS style siege and demolished. I was born there. The site is now Church View Close. That whole incident appears to stem from a 1955 possession order for a parcel of land east of the parcel we held freehold of. The order contained ambiguity that was later misinterprited to make our occupancy of our parcel appear permissive, following our paper title copy being stolen. A 1962 possession order for our parcel was created based on that but not enforced on my disabled, widow grandmother. Who just had a leg amputated in 1955. Instead the interest in the 1962 order was conveyed from Western Ground Rents to BP in 1969. BP altered the ordinance survey, shifting the descriptor from their parcel onto my nans. And appending "farm' to it. They again made her occupancy appear pernissive in 1974 with their famous licence letters. Then conveyed interest in that, again, to their own sister company in 1975. Not withstanding the possession of the 1962 order was quashed in 1974. Also in 1974 my nans ownership claim was not legally exstiguished and instead the court ajourned. In 1983 BP then quietly registered our land in their names at the land registry, failing to disclose my nans ownership claim, she also died in the 2 weeks she will have had to challenge them. She had not been known to not challenge them in decades of her campaigning. Land registry also didn't notify her/ us. BP then merged our parcel into theirs, as my nan fought for her life and died. The land registry wrote to the MP this week claiming not find anything wrong with the role they played in 1982/1983. . In 1877 title became our families from Daniel Thomas & Son. But not until 1928 when quarrying completed on the land. In 1916 Bute produced an agrictural tenancy for our family featuring our occupied parcel and a parcel to the east. The interest in this is what conveyed to Western Ground Rents in 1938. And in 1939 they revised the agreement for the parcel east of ours. And excluded ours parcel from any tenancy due to the 1928 event and my great grandads registration of the freehold. The 1877 - 1928 agreement and title deed was stolen from our home according to my late nans statement in these proceedings. When WGR saught possession of their parcel to the east of ours in 1955, they exercised moral hazard to introduce ambiguity into the order, considering my nans vulnerable state (amputee, widow, pensioner, stolen title deed), which could have and did get later misinterprited to make my nans occupancy appear permissive. And Western Ground Rents the owner. Thus fabricating a defective title with the 1962 possession order for my nans parcel and through conveying that unenforced possession order to BP in 1969. BPs permissive occupancy licence in 1974 and 1975 conveyance repeated that process to make interest transfer and a title chain emerge, with no root title. Mr Paul Egan answered a request from me on 14 June this year. He searched the Council's records, explained that the minute books from 1982 onward were deposited with Glamorgan Archives in 2002, set out the section 21 position correctly, and pointed me to the Council's own pages on buildings of significance in the community. He also told me something I had not known — that before 1982 Llandough came under Penarth Town Council — which has opened a line of research I would otherwise have missed. I had written to him in strong terms and he replied with courtesy and care anyway. I understand he has since retired after long service to the village. Please pass on my thanks if you are able to. I am not asking the Council to revisit his answer; it was a proper one. I am assembling a complete documentary and photographic record of my family's old manorial 10-bedroom birth and family home since 1667, at the centre of that church you British built in the 1800s — I am interested in everything: planning, archaeology, land registration, family papers, oral memory — all into a single, centralised searchable archive. So the actual full story can be retold. Warts and all. Please bear with me for the rest of my email. I was traumatised by our experience being dispossessed in the 80's. We've seen no justice. My family died challenging any of the false narrative. And the remaining alive won't speak up. The State have tried covering this up and continue to do so for decades too. I'm the first to try to bring this all to light. My intent with all this is a Welsh heritage project I have underway in Patagonia, Argentina, where a replica of my old farm is to be constructed as a museum. In Argentina they are different from you British currently occupying us Welsh in Wales, in that they celebrate and don't supress or conceal our Welsh heritage, culture, language, history. It is very refreshing for me there, as an indigenous Briton who was brutally torn from my ancestral birthland in 1988, in what can only be described as ethnic cleansing. I am not even exaggerating; the particulars of the horrors done to my family there make reconstructing the full chronology very challenging. It's not new what Brit'ish do to indigenous people globally, or the Welsh historically. But we were maybe the last to be annexed, colonised and looted in such a systematic and brutal way. It would be passable if we were sincerely squatters being evicted as the press reported. Or even courts believed. But the land BP possessed they had. We lost the parcel east of ours fair and square. They came to occupy our neighbouring land and home too out of greed, to build Church View Close. Using force, stealth/ secrecy and license. The destinction would have been clear had BP not registered our land in their names and merged ours into theirs, in such a clandestine way, in 1982/1983. So much of my family's and people's history and heritage in Llandough continues to be completely covered up in lieu of those 20 characterless (Church View Close) concentration work-camp houses, without so much as a park-bench plaque to commemorate any of the following: - the 1,026 medieval burials - Marconi staying with us while inventing radio - Peerless Joe Driscoll fighting his first fight in our barn - the Roman villa - Christian monastery - 2,200-year-old Celtic roundhouse the list goes on. The LiDAR scans etc. I find it abhorrent that the Llandough website history page does not mention any of this either. I know the British are proud of their No.1 invention: the concentration work camp — but it is sad witnessing all our towns and cities being turned into them. Not that I am on the British Isles much, except occasionally as a sort of autochthonous Django Unchained. Seeing all the voters being imported to keep the kinds of governors, Princess of Darkness and demons the Bible warns us about in power does not even sadden me anymore. I think crusades may happen sooner as a result, and therein resides my hope for my small pale island. It was not always such a demonic realm for us natives, nor our non-indigenous actual guests, friends and family in Llandough. My family lived in the main manorial house in Llandough consecutively since 1667 until the British's highly illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional siege and theft of our stronghold in 1988. We still appear to own the land under Church View Close. You British only awarded yourselves possession of our Christian stronghold. Possession being the weapon of choice of a demonic realm. When I was a soldier in Cyprus I would enjoy watching the UN hand back stolen, occupied land to the Greeks and Turks. I look forward to that occurring when Wales literally, not figuratively, decolonises. Or Scotland renounces. Or Ireland unites. I see the British State as more of a terrorist organisation than the IRA, and I think it is the British State we need to stop harbouring on our motherland. In the interim of revolution, I hold some faith in coalitions. Namely thanks to Councillor Chris Franks, my grandmother's old good friend of decades, who at least acknowledged my email. And that a grave injustice does appear to have occurred to my family and, as a matter of public interest, others too. To be brutally honest I think my case shows signs we are in a landmark bubble and a land-market crash is coming. This racket of converting amputee, disabled widow pensioners' occupancy of our lands from freehold to permissive (with ambiguity and misinterpretation and fraud and concealment) possession orders and conveyance, stealth/secrecy etc. — was not a sustainable viable way of annexing. You can fool some of the people some of the time. But not all of the people all of the time. But this is a request for co-operation with reconstructing history, not a complaint. And history which has already been driven to lands many thousands of miles away, so it can remain buried in the British's wardrobe of skeletons as you so wish. With 99% of British MPs refusing to sign EDM 2025 condemning decapitating Christians, I think Argentina is an apt location for my replica manorial house, notwithstanding Michael Jones who founded the settlement in Patagonia had followers who even nicknamed the reason for it as being the "decapitation committee" here on the British Isles (a century after we acquired my birth home in Llandough, so some time in the late 1700s). In the interests of being straight with you: I had difficulty getting replies from the Vale ward member, Councillor George Carroll, and earlier this year I made a formal complaint to the Vale of Glamorgan about that. Which I was surprised at after he got thrown out of a council meeting for being against the City of Sanctuary scheme. My motto is, if you are not on a government watchlist by now, you should be ashamed of yourself. I am already resigned to flying in and out of this small formerly pale island, like it is another military tour of the Middle East. I actually do not harbour much ill will; I am just sad it has gone to the dogs and half expect a nuclear strike, flood or crusade. My advice to my followers is not even to keep defending the concentration work camps our hijacked towns and cities have been turned into. Instead I encourage soldiers under my command to enjoy exile or mass exodus. There is plenty in the British organisations' cells/camps and networks' own rules which permits corps and exodusers. That way everyone's happy. The British State is not the first regime to go rogue. Terrorist organisations (now the official government) like in Afghanistan also have hostages and prisoners of war who are masochist submissives, like British/UK citizens. And it is a situationship that suits both parties. But not something I would want to get in the middle of or encourage others to get in the middle of. I do not know why so many do. I am persuaded to organise veterans to attend funerals of casualties of the civil war our infiltrated, hijacked and traitor-filled regimes waged on indigenous Britons, with its biological weapons, hybrid warfare, ethnic cleansing and so forth. And we simply wear our uniforms and salute the casualties. It is some remedy for the grieving families who, even if speaking out from the decades of being terrorised into silence, face decades of being stonewalled from justice from the State. So I am all about the peaceful, legal and lawful paths forward — as a bona fide, certified, experienced military commander, leader and warfare professional. I have seen Councillor Carroll's recent social media posts standing in front of the photograph of my old farm's only public photo that hangs in the Merry Harrier pub. If it is in good faith and support I am glad. Anything less I would not be surprised. Only disappointed. But I extend the benefit of the doubt with my farm case, because it is a complex case. Even in my profession as a seasoned cyber/electronic military warfare professional I find it colossal to navigate. What I would be grateful for from you who occupy and rule my land, in place of your Pharisee predecessors, is a coalition with counter-officers such as myself. Does your occupying forces/council hold any records that were created after 2002 and therefore not part of the 2002 deposit, concerning our stolen, occupied Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr/Cedfin)/Church View Close land? And I should add: suspected, as I am still gathering evidence and investigating. Albeit it all looks damning for the British and many native traitors already, and I am only scratching the surface of what happened in Llandough. My ancestral birthland would not be the first to be looted by the British and I am doubtful it will be the last. Our SAS-looted treasures are actually now all captive in British museums. And our SAS-looted furniture, all from Cardiff Castle, are also held hostage or in circulation too. My focus and what I require of your Council, as but a humble (registered to vote) constituent of the home we got in Dinas Powys and have lived in since our land became illegally occupied by the British in 1988 — is the village green in front of St Dochdwy's — including registered village green VG 41, which your Council raised formally with the Vale when the Great House Farm site came forward for planning in 1989. By constituent I do mean I am happy to play the role of a member of society in a democracy. Albeit it is largely now pageantry and being made a mockery of in my estimation. I see something very different going on here, i.e. a terrorist/hostage situationship. And I do not play the role of a hostage or prisoner of war well — at all! Nor am I a masochist submissive and much like kissing ring fingers or bending knees. My 22 in Oath ended in 2024 (employed under the Vale of Glamorgan Council too, by some freak coincidence). So I will thank you in advance not to ask weird stuff of me. I am nice until it is time not to be. And I believe we are all equal under law and God. My family have endured enough force, stealth/secrecy and licence from the British in the 80s to last us a lifetime. And having been behind a machine gun in a helicopter in the Middle East, and trained on explosives and weapons and cyber/electronic warfare capabilities for my military career, which I left with full honours, I am well aware of how the British regime operates and human-farms and projects its force. I once had Britain's very own woke mind virus walking through my mind with its muddy boots. I hope you all get better too. Better your cell/network/camp just skip to bringing guns and trying to force me at gunpoint if you demand anything of me that contrasts co-operation or coalition. I have seen already a lot of local authorities, even South Wales Police, opting for clandestine and shadowy silence and violence, rather than just responding to public FOIs. I think your regime's attempt to keep our Llandough farm story from ever seeing the light of day is understandable. But I do find people from time to time, even Iraqis in Iraq, even myself as a former British soldier, wanting to choose the right side of history rather than allegiance to a sinking rat ship. Any record of works carried out on the green and the roadside verge by the churchyard wall in the mid-1980s is all I am asking for. I hold colour photographs of trees being removed, spoil carted away and new kerbstones laid; vehicle registrations in them date the works to between about 1983 and 1990, on more than one occasion. (See attached.) Councillor Carroll's months of non-response to this specific request to find this information out was not going to stop me finding all this out. Asking for transparency and co-operation is mainly a courtesy and formality, seeing as I am a seasoned military cyber/electronic warfare professional. Going on 30 years now in fact. My great-grandfather planted a tree on that green to mark my family's claim to that land, and my family believe that tree was lost in the work of making that green, i.e. possible further destruction of evidence, possibly nothing. I should be clear that the green does not even appear to fall inside the boundary of land we have the interest in, in our ancestral town you currently occupy, so this is a question about the village's history as much as ours. Any photographs, postcards or images of the farm, the barn, the green or the church surroundings that the Council holds or knows of. Please disclose. I have vacuumed most of Leckwith Archives already. Any guidance on where the pre-1982 community records now sit, given that Llandough fell within Penarth Town Council before then, and whether the Council holds anything that came across at the 1982 reorganisation, I would like you to please disclose. The names of any former members, former clerks or long-standing residents who might be willing to talk to me about the village between the 1950s and the 1990s. I would approach anyone you suggest courteously and would not press a refusal. Please disclose. I am content for this email to be tabled at a meeting and minuted if the Council wishes. I am also happy to give a short talk to the Council or the community, without charge, on what the records have revealed about Llandough's past — the Roman villa, the early medieval cemetery beneath Church View Close, the monastic history, and the farm itself. A good deal of what I have found belongs to the village as much as my family. Llandough just appears more committed to its current trajectory of becoming even more of a concentration work camp, having already rejected much of this history and heritage and native people, in lieu of whatever it is you have underway there. I am not going to burn Llandough down to feel its warmth. I know demonic realms are inherently ice cold. To give an example of what I speak of, I found the Llandough Facebook page to contain only photos of exotic takeaway foods. Sad considering its rich history and heritage. I am not about leading my men to spill their lifeblood on Home Office Mahmoods and other British blades, over any of this demographic replacement and ethnic cleansing. I am just trying to salvage, reconstruct a part of my family's and Welsh history and heritage while people still have heads on their shoulders here, to be able to co-operate in this matter. Even without civil unrest, alleged fiduciaries have not kept proper records of this case. Mine may be more complete than the British Government's and EU's at this point. And even the Internet's, [family detail redacted]. Regards, Sion Buckler (Ret'd Sergeant) Royal Signals Cyber/Electronic Warfare Professional and Life Member P.S. Vehicle registrations visible in them (including A305 MKG, which cannot predate August 1983, and plant registered MTX 936X and MTX 930X) place the works in the mid-1980s, between 1983 and 1990, and not during the later residential development.
