We have been unable to find records for either of the requested certificates.  Please contact Cardiff to request as deaths between 1990 and 1996 in LLandough are held at Cardiff and South Glamorgan covered the Vale and Cardiff.

Dear Register Office,

I wish to obtain certified copies of the death certificates for the following individuals:

1. William (Billy) Buckler
   - Died on or about 29 May 1990 at Llandough Hospital
   - Aged 41
   - Late of Great House Farm, Llandough
   - Likely registered in the Vale of Glamorgan / South Glamorgan district

2. Mary Doreen Williams
   - Born 10 August 1913
   - Death registered March 1983, South Glamorgan (Vol 28, Page 3029)

Please advise the correct office holding each entry, the application process, current fees (standard and priority), payment methods, and any additional information required to locate the entries accurately.

I am happy to complete any formal application forms and provide identification if needed.
