Subject: Re: Application for copy death certificates – William Buckler (1990) and Mary Doreen Williams (1983) From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Fri, 21 Aug 2026 16:31 UTC Institution: Glamorgan Archives Refs: none Archive id: gm-1a02529c981f4434 ------------------------------------------------------------ Thank you. You star! Please ensure the record isn't destroyed. All I have for my nan is the attached. Could you tell me any more about March 1983 and if there's any anomalies or anything out of the ordinary? I have a statement from my grandmother about her title deeds going missing from her home by an unsavory character. And then she died in the 2 week window she will have had to challenge her land being registered in another parties name, at the land registry. Her title was merged with the adjacent plot of land in that timeframe too. Which was also possessed from our family with equal contestability. The land in question has already had 20 homes developed on it (Church View Close, Llandough) and is now proceeding to flatten woodland and develop 133 homes (planning approved) with no mention of title chain defect. And I guess the council for Llandough refuses to respond to the concern I'm raising because of a bias in the project to develop homes on our land. Our ownership claim has never been estinguished by a court. Their ownership claim not ruled on either. It's our land since 1667. They have just awarded themselves possession of our land in their courts because my grandmother was unable to present her title deed. A public library copy went missing too. But the court ruling was ajourned. I'm horrified at the council and MP. The long standing council clerk for Llandough recently retired, I guess in relation to this. I was also lied to for months by various departments like CADW. This is a genuine concern. And matter of public and national interest as they are also concealing the fact of our lands archelogical and hostorical significants. Including a Roman villa, 1,026 medieval burials and grange, a monestry too. And prior to our home being abruptly demolished with all our evidence inside, which CADW and the council (who failed to do a demolish stop order) looked away, Marconi stayed with us while inventing radio and Peerless Jim fought his first fight in our barn and much else. We are a very dispossessed family and the subject of decades of crimes being committed against us. Proceedural unfairness, court mistakes. But it really is a matter of public and national interest. And police dismissed investigating the 20 years of evidence I've collected within 3 hours of receiving it. My family all remain too terrified to speak up or out. After everyone who has challenged the occupation of my ancestral birthland and childhood home has died. My fathers death, conveniently before planning was approved on the 20 houses. I would encourage you not to keep this information to yourself. I'm a bona fide war veteran and left my military career with full honours. I finished my 22 years in Oath in 2024 and my last employed is the Vale of Glamorgan council under which I provided adult care. I am sorry to burden you with all this, but seeing as your one of the few whos provided me any help or answers in my enquiry, I take the opportunity to entrust this information to you.
