Subject: Re: Follow-up – FOI/EIR Case Ref 00211027 (Llandough Primary School) From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Mon, 03 Aug 2026 16:23 UTC Institution: Vale of Glamorgan Council Refs: 00211027 Archive id: gm-19fc87049b7e047c ------------------------------------------------------------ Sirs/ Ma'am, Thank you for your response. My query regarding the substantive FOI/EIR request is separate from my request for the identity of the officer who acknowledged my correspondence. I asked for the name of the officer who sent the acknowledgement email. Your reply does not answer that request. Instead, it refers to the team's general practice of issuing correspondence collectively. If the information is held and you are refusing to disclose it, please issue a formal refusal notice identifying the relevant statutory basis for withholding it and advising me of my review rights. If no individual officer's name is recorded or held in relation to the acknowledgement, please confirm that expressly. Otherwise, please provide the information requested. I look forward to your response.
