Our apologies that you did not receive a response to your email requesting the name of the officer who had acknowledged your request. We have previously advised that due to the Information Governance Team working collaboratively, and requests being managed collectively across the team, rather than by individual officers. Correspondence is not issued under individual names.

Dear Information Governance Team,

On 14 July 2026 you acknowledged my FOI/EIR request (Case Ref 00211027) concerning the acquisition of land for Llandough Primary School.

I replied the same day asking for the name of the officer who sent the acknowledgement. I have received no further response or substantive reply.

Please now provide either the information requested or a formal response (including any refusal notice) within 5 working days. The statutory deadline has passed.
