Sirs/Ma'am,

I am writing regarding historical records for *Great House Farm (Ty Mawr)*
on the north side of Leckwith Road, Llandough, Vale of Glamorgan (title
WA231076 / formerly WA240304 accordingly to Land Registry FOI).

My family (Williams, later Buckler) are believed to have held the land,
with acquisition around *1876*. I have two OS map references for the same
plot:

   - *36.792* (1952 edition)
   - *70 / 1.334* (earlier revision, associated with "Ty-mawr" labelling)

I would be grateful if you could search your collections for any deeds,
conveyances, manorial records, tithe/apportionment documents, valuations,
or estate papers linking these plot references (or the farm) to the
*Williams* or *Buckler* family.

Also relevant: connections to *Western Ground Rents Limited*, *Bute Estate*,
or *BP Pension Trust* / predecessors in the 1969–1980s period.

Any details on access, copies, or visit requirements would be appreciated.
