I am researching land ownership history relating to Llandough (Great House
Farm / Ty Mawr area) and surrounding parcels.
I am specifically seeking:

Bute Estate records for Llandough / Penarth / Cardiff outskirts

Any conveyances, land exchanges, or “swap” agreements involving the Bute
estate and a Daniel Thomas (late 1800s–early 1900s)

Any quarrying agreements or mineral extraction leases connected to the
property (including conditions of land reversion after quarrying)

Any records of Western Ground Rents taking over Bute estate interests circa
early 1900s

Please advise:

Whether such records exist in your catalogue

Which reference numbers or collections I should request

Whether any material is restricted or off-site
I am particularly interested in estate papers, deeds, correspondence, and
maps relating to land transfers or long leases.
