Dear Sir or Madam,
Further to my ongoing requests concerning first registration files WA231076
and WA240304, I am writing to request that all relevant records relating to
these matters are preserved.
This includes, where applicable:
first registration application files and associated bundles
FR1 forms and supporting title documentation
examiner’s notes and internal handling records
requisitions, correspondence, and workflow records
any indexes or metadata relating to file contents
any archived, scanned, or microfiche versions of the above
This request is made on the basis that I am currently engaging with
statutory information access routes (including FOI and inspection
procedures), and may make further related requests.
Accordingly, I would be grateful if confirmation could be provided that no
relevant records will be destroyed or deleted while these processes are
ongoing or reasonably anticipated.
This is not a complaint or request for reconsideration of any decision, but
a request to ensure preservation of relevant records pending lawful
information access.
