Identify any records of third-party claims, disputes, objections, or
references to adverse occupation or competing claims
Confirm whether any such material was present on the file at the time of
registration
If the files are no longer held in physical form, please confirm:

the date and manner of destruction (if applicable), or

whether they have been digitised or transferred to another archive location
If inspection is not possible, I would be grateful if you could instead
provide certified copies of the complete file contents.

Please also confirm the procedure for arranging an appointment for
inspection, including any identification or fees required.
