Kind regards, Calli From: Sion Buckler Sent: 20 May 2026 22:11 To: unclehowell Subject: Great House Farm, Williams/ Buckler Family, Llandough, Vale of Glamorgan Sir / Madam, To all those whom it concerns, BCC'd into this email. I write to request disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and, where applicable, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. This request concerns Great House Farm / Ty Mawr (Great House), Llandough, associated estate lands, historic occupation and related heritage records. My family is Buckler and before that Williams, and we occupied Great House Farm from 1667 until our forceful dispossession of it in 1988. Without our ownership ever having been estiguished and without BP ever having a ruling of ownership, only possession. It's alledged our fee simple absolute and manorial title was stolen. And when BP registered our lands in their names in 1982, with our stolen title, my nan who challenged this all her life, during the 2 week land registry window to challenge BP's registration, which they achieved via purgergy and document/ identity fraud, she conveniently died. As my father did after his appeal of the 1987 mistake ruling was mistakely dismissed and his ECHR request blocked and home abruptly demolished, which he was prevented from stopping having been hospitalised and arrested without charges by armed force officers and possible SAS. https://youtu.be/0eXOoj7eUCo?si=hcgSA2pFgEE943HG I understand records may exist within the National Monuments Record of Wales, Historic Environment Record archives, archaeological consultations and planning files, including references already identified as: • Great House Farm HER site entry – GGAT03586s • Land at Great House Farm HER event entry – GGATE003872 • The 1990 archaeological assessment commissioned by BP Properties Ltd.
