Subject: RE: Great House Farm, Williams/ Buckler Family, Llandough, Vale of Glamorgan From: NMR Enquiries Direction: received Date: Fri, 22 May 2026 12:06 UTC Institution: RCAHMW (Royal Commission) Refs: none Archive id: gm-19e4f946cd147d86 ------------------------------------------------------------ Diolch am eich ymholiad. Byddwn yn ymateb cyn pen 20 diwrnod gwaith, oni bai bod chi wedi dewis ein Gwasanaeth Blaenoriaeth, wedyn byddwn mewn cysylltiad yn fuan gyda manylion pellach a gwybodaeth am dalu am y gwasanaeth. Yn y cyfamser, gallai’r wybodaeth isod fod yn ddefnyddiol i chi: I gael gwybodaeth am safleoedd hanesyddol yng Nghymru a chael manylion am yr hyn sydd yn ein harchifau, ewch i’n cronfa ddata a’n catalog, https://coflein.gov.uk/cy/ Os yn bosibl, rydym yn argymell eich bod yn trefnu apwyntiad i ymweld â’n llyfrgell ac ystafell chwilio ein harchif, os hoffech weld deunydd yr archif â’ch llygaid eich hun a thynnu lluniau heb orfod talu amdanynt. Yn gyffredinol, mae gwneud hynny’n gynt ac yn rhatach o lawer nag archebu sganiau o bell. Mae llawer o’n delweddau digidol ar gael i’w lawrlwytho, eu prynu a’u trwyddedu yn syth o Coflein. Mae canllawiau ynghylch sut mae gwneud hynny i’w gweld yn y fideo byr hwn: Lawrlwytho delweddau o Coflein Os nad yw’r ddelwedd yr ydych yn chwilio amdani ar gael drwy’r system hon, y rheswm am hynny’n aml fydd cyfyngiadau hawlfraint, ac efallai y byddwch am chwilio am ddelwedd amgen sydd ar gael, os yw hynny’n bosibl. Os ydych yn gofyn am set ddata, cofiwch fod y data hwnnw ar gael am ddim yn awr dan y Drwydded Llywodraeth Agored, ac y gallwch fynd ati eich hun i chwilio am ddata am y tir a’r môr ar MapDataCymru neu Cymru Hanesyddol. Os ydych yn cysylltu â ni i ofyn am gael mynediad i safle hanesyddol, cofiwch nad yw’r Comisiwn Brenhinol yn berchen ar unrhyw un o’r safleoedd a gaiff eu rhestru ar Coflein, ac nad oes gennym unrhyw fanylion cyswllt ar gyfer perchnogion safleoedd. Bydd angen i chi gysylltu’n uniongyrchol â pherchnogion safleoedd i ofyn am gael mynediad. Os ydych yn poeni am gyflwr heneb neu safle hanesyddol, dylech gysylltu â Gwasanaeth Amgylchedd Hanesyddol Llywodraeth Cymru, sef Cadw, neu â’r awdurdod lleol perthnasol. Yn yr un modd, os oes gennych ymholiad am statws statudol safle hanesyddol neu am y broses gynllunio sy’n ymwneud ag Adeiladau Rhestredig neu Henebion Hynafol Cofrestredig, mae ystod o wybodaeth ar gael ar wefan Cadw: Cyngor a Chymorth | Cadw. Prif rôl y Comisiwn Brenhinol yw creu, curadu a rhannu gwybodaeth am yr amgylchedd hanesyddol, ac rydym hefyd yn chwarae rhan fel ymgyngoreion yn y broses gynllunio ar gyfer yr amgylchedd hanesyddol ar sail y wybodaeth honno. Fodd bynnag, er bod yr amgylchedd hanesyddol yng Nghymru yn bwysig i’n staff, nid ydym ni fel corff yn gyfrifol am orfodi deddfwriaeth ym maes cynllunio a threftadaeth nac yn gyfrifol am ddiogelu safleoedd hanesyddol, ac nid ydym chwaith yn gweithredu fel grŵp lobïo. Without our ownership ever having been estiguished and without BP ever having a ruling of ownership, only possession. It's alledged our fee simple absolute and manorial title was stolen. And when BP registered our lands in their names in 1982, with our stolen title, my nan who challenged this all her life, during the 2 week land registry window to challenge BP's registration, which they achieved via purgergy and document/ identity fraud, she conveniently died. As my father did after his appeal of the 1987 mistake ruling was mistakely dismissed and his ECHR request blocked and home abruptly demolished, which he was prevented from stopping having been hospitalised and arrested without charges by armed force officers and possible SAS. https://youtu.be/0eXOoj7eUCo?si=hcgSA2pFgEE943HG I understand records may exist within the National Monuments Record of Wales, Historic Environment Record archives, archaeological consultations and planning files, including references already identified as: • Great House Farm HER site entry – GGAT03586s • Land at Great House Farm HER event entry – GGATE003872 • The 1990 archaeological assessment commissioned by BP Properties Ltd.
