Subject: Re: Great House Farm From: Sion Buckler Direction: sent Date: Mon, 18 May 2026 03:12 UTC Institution: Llandough Community Council Refs: none Archive id: gm-19e3911e207fbb0c ------------------------------------------------------------ Mr Egan, Further to my previous correspondence, I understand that matters concerning the property and family were discussed by Llandough Community Council in or around 1988 and that my late father William "Billy" Buckler addressed the Council. I am attempting to reconstruct the historical chain of occupation, ownership, administration and public record concerning the property, family and associated farm lands. https://bpvsbuckler.datro.xyz Accordingly, I request disclosure of all records held by Llandough Community Council, regardless of date, concerning: - Ty Mawr (Great House), Llandough; - the associated farm lands and any connected parcels; - the Williams family and successors in occupation; - Billy Buckler, Branwen Buckler and members of the Buckler family; - historical ownership, occupation, tenancy, possession, planning, access, acquisition, disposal, development, disputes or representations; - BP v Buckler and related matters; - any meetings in which Billy Buckler addressed the Council. This request includes, but is not limited to: - minute books; - agendas; - correspondence; - maps; - plans; - asset registers; - committee papers; - land schedules; - photographs; - memoranda; - clerk notes; - archived files; - transferred records; - records held by third-party archives on the Council’s behalf. If records predating the present Council are not held, please confirm: 1. Whether older records were transferred elsewhere; 2. The archive location; 3. Whether records were destroyed and under what retention policy; 4. The earliest records held concerning the property. My understanding is that family occupation and acquisition history extends substantially earlier, potentially to the seventeenth century, and I am seeking to establish the documentary chain. I am confident that our claim to the fee simple absolute manorial title still stands and no amount of time, fraud, purgergy, court "mistakes", gaps in records, demolition of our home, erasure of history (like Marconi staying with us while inventing radio), acts of terrorism, human rights violations, lawfare, nor proceedural unfairness and supression or witholding of information and possible murder of members of my family has changed that fact. It appears our title was stolen and this is a position grandmother held until 1982 when she conveniently died in the 2 week window she had to challenge BP's registrstion of our land in their name with the land registry. ITV also recently declassified and published coverage too: https://youtu.be/4GXmR7mAas0?feature=shared This is a terrorist/ hostage situation so far as I see. My dispossessed family are your hostages not constituents. They are too frightened to even speak up about this matter. I require of your department some effort to revisit your postion. My research tells me that the councillor at the time said, prior to my father's death, that the situation with BP would result in a death. I believe that was concerning the conflict with Bailiffs, Police and possibly SAS. I have submitted a FOI to the MOD too. The Ministry of Justice are also on notice and imply this matter is being investigated. If not me, who? If not now, when? My address is [address redacted], Dinas Powys, Vale of Glamorgan, [postcode redacted]. If you care to visit or write or deliver items, please do so to that address. Kind regards, Sion Buckler Esq.
