Sirs/Ma'am,

I am writing to ask whether a historical land dispute may be of interest
from a professional or law-reform perspective.

The case involved reliance on registered title obtained prior to definitive
adjudication, and subsequent judicial reasoning that appears internally
inconsistent regarding party identity and correspondence.

I am not seeking advocacy or review. I am simply asking whether such issues
fall within areas the Bar Council monitors in relation to procedural
